How to use it

1. Start on your knees, not your feet. Kneel on a mat with the roller in front of you.
2. Roll forward slowly, only as far as you can control.
3. Pull back to the start using your core, not your arms.
4. Begin with 5–8 slow repetitions. Add more as it gets easier.

Roll out only as far as you can return from under control. Going too far too early is how people strain their lower back — build the range up over a few weeks rather than in one session.
